Production Time
All of our jewelry is custom-made after your order is placed.
- Standard production time is 2–3 business weeks, depending on the design and customization requested.
- Once your jewelry has passed our quality inspection, it will be carefully prepared for shipment.
- In rare cases, highly customized or complex designs may require additional production time. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Time
After your order has been completed and dispatched, shipping typically takes:
- United States & Canada: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Every shipment is:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Violet Brilliance has no control over customs fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be charged by local authorities.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes requested through the shipping carrier will be successful.
- Violet Brilliance is not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect shipping information or customer-requested address changes after dispatch.
Changes to Your Order
If you request changes to your jewelry design, ring size, metal type, engraving, or other custom specifications after production has begun, your order may require additional manufacturing time.
Significant design modifications may require production to restart, and a revised delivery estimate will be provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date at support@violetbrilliance.com.
Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
